With Schroeder Biking, The Ride Of Your Life is going to be safe - and it’s going to be legal. That means you can only hire a motorcycle from us if you have a valid biker license; that you agree to wear a helmet and appropriate clothing whenever you’re on a bike; and that you’ll treat the bike, your fellow riders and other road users with the respect they deserve.

| Please note that our rates include personal and comprehensive insurance - but that you’ll be liable for the first R8,000.00 (the insurance excess) in the unlikely event that you do have an accident. |
| Legal |
| In South Africa we ride on the left hand side of the road and the speed limit is generally 120 kilometres per hour on the open road and 60 km/h in built-up areas - and our road signage complies with International standards. So as long as you remain alert - and you obey the signs - you’ll always be well within the law. |
| Indemnity |
| When you take delivery of your bike, you’ll be required to indemnify Schroeder Biking and its agents and employees against damage or loss to you or your property. |
